Not perfect, Just Unique.
One of Kerli Valter’s childhood dreams was to be a designer. Not only design things but make changes and for better. After graduating product design in 2006 at the Estonian Academy of Arts (EKA), she lived and worked almost 10 years in Argentina. Working as a designer and also with other projects she’s passioned about: accessory design/recycling/visual solutions/film and photography.
Valter:’I started my Master study leather and accessories design at EKA in 2019. In my first year of studies I had opportunity to participate in many footwear workshops 2019/2020 and learned to make different footwear. Most of my projects I highly consider needs and nature. In my design products I prefer to use natural materials, leftovers and recycled materials. Always trying to design for needs and make conscious choices.’
