The work consists of a symbiosis between a formal shoe and a diving fin. Confronting and at the same time combining two different values: work and leisure, into a single hybrid moment.
Also questioning the preconceived notions about those two concepts (work and leisure) as there are multiple examples of jobs that, contrary to the expected, utilize scuba diving fins as part of the everyday work attire and multiple leisure events where formal footwear is utilized.
Materials: leather, polypropylene diving fin blade and waxed cotton shoelaces.
