Dutch designer Quint Verhaart started experimenting with fabrics and patterns for womenswear and menswear from the age of 14. To further to pursue his passion and enthusiasm in fashion, Quint studied Fashion Design at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI). At the moment he studies Fashion Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.The passions I have for nature and the depth of constructions and color compositions in each object make me creatively motivated to design new collections, accessories, and textile manipulations.
From when I was a child until now I am still inspired by all the materials and life forms that nature has to offer, which gives me the itch to be creative and develop surprising art pieces. You could say that nature became an obsession for me, and fashion is the field to express my vision.
