Inspiration for the Shadows collection: I really like German Expressionist Cinema, it’s power of visual language, the use of chiaroscuro and the importance of shadows. For my collection, I went deeper the shadows in a largest way, studying them on Erwin Blumenfeld on Lee Friedlander photographies, on Kumi Yamashita works, on Chunky Move, Pilobolus and Momix dance performances.
