Handcrafted platform boots, unique pair, 2021.
Are you worried about the ‘eyes around you’? There are people in the world who are unable to enjoy fashion because they are caught up in the evaluation of those around them. In addition, functional issues can narrow the options… Therefore I created thick-soled boots for women who are interested in thick-soled shoes but hesitate to buy them because they are heavy and look very bulky.
The shoes that women want now are ghillie shoes, so the design is adjusted to this taste. For the impression that it looks bulky, I used an illusion to hang the sole itself and put a 3 cm heel on it. Also, in order to make the toe look sharper, I added a suspension and added an outsole.
