Maya Kaplan is an acrobat and her designs focuses at innovative performance accessories for circus and movement arts. She is a last year student at the jewellery and fashion department at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem.
Kaplan: ‘My designs are customised to the acrobat/dancer perfectly with 3D body scans technologies at the specific position needed for the act. Thanks to 3D modelling design together with traditional craft techniques I manage to achieve perfect fit and comfort to the moving body.’
