Cees always dresses in jeans, T-shirt and jacket on top of big sturdy boots that add to his casual appearance a Crocodile Dundee-credibility. We were waiting in a lobby, I drew his boots and he entrusted me that he only has one real pair of boots. All others do look like cowboy boots but are in fact no more than ankle-high. Not half as tough – but twice as comfortable.
