Kadine James is a creative technologist and founder of The Immersive KIND Collective. She is new media artist, art director, and pioneer in the aesthetics of machine intelligence that explores the intersection of humans and machines. In taking the data that flows around us as her primary material and the neural network of a computerized mind as her collaborator, Kadine offers radical visualizations of our digitized bodies, memories and the possibilities of new ways to experience art, architecture, and digital fashion narratives, and the body in motion. Her data sculptures, virtual fashion worlds, and immersive installations take many forms, while encouraging us to rethink our engagement with the physical world, its temporal and spatial dimensions, and the creative potential of machines and how we exist in cyberspaces.
The Immersive KIND is an interdisciplinary collective working with artists, crafting machine intelligence, we work with neuroscientists, AI engineers, data scientists and bio architects.
