Into: ‘Liza is one of the biggest footwear enthusiasts I know. By the first profession I’m a footwear designer and by second I’m a jewelry artist. That’s why I do value people who are so much into footwear as I used to be and that’s why when I was asked to to create a gift for Liza to celebrate 20 years of Virtual Shoe Museum, I was so certain of my medium. It had to be a jewelry piece and it had to depict her passion. The pendant was inspired by her. It’s a little locket that once opened reveals ‘Shoe Queen’, which she is. She is my Shoe Queen.’
