Footwear designer/researcher Gabriel Giordano, also known as The Crafty futurist is an Alumni BA Product Design from ArtEZ, NL.
His work revolves around the study of the history and philosophy of the objects we create and the search for their inherent value; either because of their function, culture, origin, aesthetics, etc. Experiment with materials, silhouettes, give a twist to already established concepts and technics to create brand new products. In this work up-cycled garments, footwear and accessories, All material sourced locally are reworked into experimental shoe concepts.
