Artist Edurne Herrán studied in Bilbao and Berlin and gained her bachelor in Fine Arts (Major in Design and Sculpture). She gained the fellowship ‘Emerging Art’ at Centro Cultural Montehermoso and the Erasmus scholarship to deepen her studies about sculpture and textile arts. Edurne Herrán is based in Madrid, Spain.
Herrán: ‘I understand art as a vital process fed with subtle everyday accidents. My work is a series of personal (un)transferable events that I have been creating through my training travels and experienced… My work is made with memories, experiences or messages understood as the game of living in constant motion.’
