This piece of All Stars (150 x 51 cm) was completed in 2011. The Stars & Stripes work was commissioned by Converse and first shown to the public in Paris in May 2011. The piece is now displayed in the Converse recording studio in Brooklyn NYC.
Over 90% of the wood for this work was salvaged by Kraaijeveld from basketball courts in abandoned buildings in Detroit MI in 2010.
