My collection is based on Hungarian ‘Busó’ masks. An annual celebration held at the end of the Carnival season (Farsang), ending the day before Ash Wednesday. They are handmade and every mask is different. In this shoes artisianal techniques were used on the heels. Within a pair the heels are different. The horns of the masks are transformed into the uppers of the shoes.
