Prototype that combines traditional making and rapid prototyping. For this design the artist has used 3D scaning and 3D printing technologies, adding to the crafted work a modern and technological aesthetic.
African wood was shaped and vegetan tanned leater was moulded and dyed in the studio. Stainless steel was used for the spring system.
