For designers shoes are usually last and often they do not have the right tools to make them: shoemaking is an art.
Challenging Construction: the special shoe is an ankle boot with eye-catching curves and gold details inspired by three-dimensional shapes. Transparency and reflection create a whole, that is visually disconcerting. By the particular silhouette and challenging construction the entire shoe handmade.

'Hoof Heels' are inspired by both contemporary fashion trends (AF Vandevorst) and ancient folklore (Pan). They suggest that the viewer can easily embody the animal self.
"Jackson’s precisely molded and glistening glazed forms are both beautiful and grotesque, and ask us to consider how animal instincts can live within human nature. And in doing so, she presents an interesting paradox, such as that noted by Simon Critchley: “There is something charming about an animal becoming human [but] when the human becomes animal, then the effect is disgusting.” For her, “These images provoke a psychological simile between animal and human, instinct and reason, the subconscious and the conscious."

So Missbibi's work both transforms and diverts the everyday life through its recreational approach and its meticulous attention to small details. In this formal world, the real and the imaginary intertwine. This relationship within the 'invisible' allows us to reclaim objects which our eyes can no longer see... These miniature jewelleries take their inspiration from miniature objects and toys in order to trnsform them into fine pieces of jewellery. Out of silver and silver gold plated these creations drive us into a sentimental journey often making forays into a Lilliputian wonderland.

Each model is an experiment with the high heel, since they determine the whole form of a shoe. The heels are columns, constructive elements on which the whole creative process is based with an aim to create a new concept of high heels.
Bernard Figueroa once said: 'There is so much space between a woman's heel and the floor that one can use.', and that is exactly what I tried to accomplish using this space as much as possible.
These shoes are primarily an art object and their function is secondary. The focus is on the form, their only decorative element. Design is based on the exploration of new high heel shapes, resulting in numerous variations of their basic form. To underline their sculptural form, the shoes are kept white, which on the other hand emphasis the artistic language, present in the entire collection.

[description] => Double Dutch ClogsDouble Dutch is a small collection of clogs and aprons.
The clog collection arose from a longstanding interest in folklore and traditional customs. To make some of the pairs of clogs, old trades like knitting, crochet and embroidery were used. By changing forms and materials, and above all by playing with the context of the well known Dutch clog, five pairs of clogs resulted, each with their own character and function, balancing on the borders of product and sculpture.
