Too Hot for Hong Kong

Sebastian De Line

A private commission for Yiu Fai Chow, a Hong Kong pop-lyricist. He asked me to design a pair of boots he can wear everyday with our unpredictable Amsterdam weather. The brogue pattern is organic, no two are the same, neither left or right. On his trip to Hong Kong, Yiu Fai told me he couldn’t bring them because it was monsoon season. He couldn’t wait to come home and wear them. Hence the name ‘Too hot for Hong Kong’.
